"It was a great stay. We spent 3 nights at Tides and the service, along with staff couldn’t have been better. It is located directly on the beach and the view from the room was a dream. There was a small balcony overlooking the water perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Just want we needed during this short trip. Thank you!"

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely property. I’m especially grateful for the upgraded room opportunity. My room was spacious, the views were spectacular. The Jacuzzi tub was exceptional. I found everything to be immaculate and had all of the amenities I required. "

I spent almost an hour attempting to extend the stay for one more night and hotels.com apparently does not have that ability. The hotel apologized even though it was not their fault. Hotel was great, hotels.com service was horrible. "
