We really enjoyed our 3-day stay in Custer! The staff were all so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was okay, but the location was perfect for everything we had planned. It was convenient to all the attractions we wanted to see and the hiking trails we had on our list. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Custer!

This hotel is fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was facing the mountain behind so the view was pretty and it was dark at night, very private. Breakfast was great, mini omelets, sausage, waffles as well as bread, fruit and yogurt. This place was the best stay of our most recent road trip.

We discovered that our reserved room was on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator. We were not capable of carrying our luggage up the stairs, so the desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade our room at no additional charge to a room on the main floor. Elderly people really appreciate gestures like this.
