"Room was dirty. Switched rooms. Second room was DIRTIER. Stains on sheets. Ac broken. Floor boards falling apart. Hole in the wall. Went down to request checkout because I paid $120 a nigh to stay there. I expect a clean room. 1 dirt room, whatever. 2 dirty rooms, that’s insane. And the GM told me she never goes up to the rooms to check them and then proceeded to say she’s going to send a housekeeper up there to check it out. I’m sorry, but that’s horrible management."

"We had a spacious room with a balcony. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the round-the-clock coffee. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, among other Black Hills sites."

"Beautiful place! Perfect for a larger group and has everything you need for a vacation stay. Close to activities but also suited well with the pool table and games to enjoy time if you just want to stay in. We loved our stay and would definitely select this home again. "

Centrally located to see Mt. Rushmore, Jewel and Wind Caves as well as Custer State Park.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
