"The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I'd give it a full 5 star rating but we had no couch which left not enough sitting space in our room and the walls were a bit thin to block out noise. We slept great though & the hot tub felt amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Dillion who was working at the front desk. There was a VERY upset guest that booked the wrong room type. It was no error from the hotel side but the guest was really getting yelled at and treated very poorly. He remained calm and very kind to the guest. Much nicer than I probably would have been after an hour of being yelled at. Kuddos to you Dillion. Comfort Inn & Suites is lucky to have you."

"It was perfect for what we were looking for. (Older couple and 2 married children with young families) We were there during a hot time, nights cool down but there was only one fan available to move air downstairs where the bedrooms are. The only air conditioning is a window unit upstairs in a family room.So the first evening it was hot in the house. Host was very generous in letting our family who were not staying at the house come in a spend the evening for a birthday party. Kitchen is very well stocked, but no salt and pepper. Overall decor is very pretty and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again."
