"Check-in was quick, smooth, and efficient. The store is a little on the pricey side for things you may have forgotten to bring but what hotel shop isn't? The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, clean, and quiet. The quick stop has a variety of options to choose from, so something for everyone. The lounge looked nice but we didn't stop in. The menu was also well rounded. The cafe has a great selection and the breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit and beverage is a great deal. The staff was friendly, the room was amazing. Large, clean, spacious bathroom with a decent shower and the water actually gets hot, so that is a plus."

"Poor experience getting out of the parking structure. Took us 30 mins just to get out. We scanned our parking ticket and the system kept telling us the ticket we scanned was closed. Scanned QR code it wouldn’t take me card had to do it over 5 times I’m hoping I didn’t get charged all of them times, going to have to contact my back to make sure I wasn’t over charged."
