"Fabulous roof deck / pool. Brilliant food. Amazing rooms Air conditioning / heating didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work. Wasn’t able to get fixed despite requests. Internet slow"

"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "

"This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. "
