"I had a decent stay here. The location is good only 10 mins walk to the main cathedral. Wifi was reliable and the showers had great hot water. Towels are provided and beds were of relative comfort. The place was always clean and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The downsides were that there wasn’t any social feel to the place and the rickety wooden doors would get noisy when it was windy at night. All of the patio furniture was damaged and in need of repair"

"First of fall, I do like this hostal because of distance to Pyramids. You can literally walk to the great pyramid of Cholula in 10mins. Very safe nighbarhood. Front Desk is willing to help your stay make better. In my case, frontdesk reserched for me the schedual fof buses and printed out Map for me. "

"Pésima experiencia, al llegar no respetaron mi reservación su excusa fue que le llegó un equipo de fútbol y que habia dado todas las habitaciones, no me dejaron entrar ni a la recepción toda la información me la dieron en la puerta emparejada y me atendió el velador (persona no amable) ya que el gerente no se encontraba. No me dieron solución inmediata tenía que regresar en la próximos 30 días para solucionar mi situación. "

"Very clean. Spacious rooms. Lots of showers and toilets. Amazing common areas. Walking distance to the center. Good WiFi. The breakfast is nice but it's missing some milk. Would definitely stay again."

"No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system "

"Muy bien las instalaciones, comunicación con los encargados y vigilancia. Es importante actualizar y especificar bien la ubicación ya que nos mandó más adelante pero gracias a la comunicación con los encargados todo ok "
