"This house is exactly as advertised. The design of it is perfect for large groups. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could need. The host/maintenance team was great. We had a breaker trip twice while using the oven. I sent a message and within 10 minutes received communication back and it was fixed within the hour. I am actually in the process of booking this same property for next year!!! "

"I was disappointed with the condition of the property, especially given the price and cleaning fee. When I arrived, the home did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. In the master bathroom, there were visible cleanliness issues around the toilet. The comforter on the master bed also had a noticeable amount of pet hair on it. I also found dead bugs in corners of the master bedroom and living room, and the outdoor lounge areas had debris and what appeared to be mildew or buildup on the tables and chairs.Because of these concerns, I chose to leave one night early. On a positive note, communication with the host was good, and the location of the property was convenient. That is the main reason I did not rate the stay lower."

"The house has a really nice dock, comfy beds, and a great hang out area for teens/ college kids. The downstairs area has a drink fridge and counter space to eat. Hot tub right out the downstairs door is really nice! Relaxing home with water views!"
