"The apartment was very nice, but we had an issue with the parking. We had two vehicles and we were told we were able to park but at our own risk even though on the phone call, they told me I would not get towed so when I came out the next morning, I had a violation pass on my car."

"The resort is very nice and new, clean and gives like a Mexico resort vibe feel. Pool area was beautiful. We stayed in the villas, which were very nice. Lots of space inconvenient for our family with four bedrooms. Each room gives you lots of space. Kitchen is very nice and the little patio and little pool in the back is a nice added bonus at the end of the day. But sometimes with new properties comes minor hiccups, they’re a little short on amenities inside the townhome so you will have to get your own shampoo, conditioners, body wash, coffee, spices, and coffee filters. We had some issues inside the villa. We had a bad breaker power kept going out daily eventually on the third day they came and changed the breaker. We didn’t have an issue with that for the rest of the trip, thank God. And two of the toilets every time we flushed would keep running. It’s like it would get stuck so either we would have to adjust the flap/chain or have someone come in and fix it. Other than those hiccups it was a beautiful place. A little bit pricey for what you get amenity and service wise but hopefully the prices will come down, but overall still a great trip."
