"Worse experience ever no receptionist from 11-7am if you have issues with your card or can’t get in you can’t stay in your room you lock out .. towels you need to bring it to lobby no service to clean the room and when I went to my room I went to sleep and notice a roach I killed it and I notice a roach on my bed and when I turn on the iPhone light my sneakers and luggage was full of 100 hundreds of roaches walls bathroom my clothes bed floor everywhere never again the place look abandoned the picture here look nothing when you go receptionist was horrible it was disturbing disgusting and in healthy place to stay DO NOT I WARN YOU DO NOT BOOKED "

"When I first pulled to the hotel looks like nothing like the photos here ! I check in the lobby and look abandon but continued the process they stated from the hours of 11pm to 7 am there no receptionist to help so you cannot loose your card if you do you won’t get back in second towel bed sheets you need to bring them to the lobby and they give you new ones … so went up to the room and had trouble getting in so went out and when I went to bed I notice a roach but didn’t think nothing of it then I saw on the bed and I had a pair of sneakers and when I turn on my left iPhone light the sneakers was full of 100 hundreds of ROCHES bathroom desk walls MY CLOTHES beds etc and I left and booked a hotel elsewhere … that place was infested with roaches don’t not booked it abandoned hotel worse service ever ! Never again disgusting place ! WARNING DONT BOOKED IT "

"This is a great venue to stay at and my family and I felt safe the entire time! The only thing I didnt agree with is that youre charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, even though you paid to stay there AND had to drive a vehicle to the venue. Other than that, the room smelled great and everything was spotless upon arrival! Regardless of the parking charges, I'd stay here again! "
