Prosecco at check in; consierge service (Mark) was superb; complimentary Bentley to take us to our restaurant; beautiful and comfortable room; all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Absolutely cannot fault this hotel, it was perfect. "

"Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!"

"Starting to look a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Dinner was lovely in the evening, however breakfast was disappointing, layout was poor, with no coffee options ! Spa was nice and included in the price."
