An ideal location for a holiday in North Norfolk, Kings Chalet Park is an attractive and popular place to stay just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's beach and promenade. The site is well maintained to a high standard with manicured lawns and is a great family holiday park, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views.Ground floor: Front door leading into open plan lounge, kitchen/diner. Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Dining table and sofa, with TV/dvd and electric oil-filled radiators. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, with 2ft 6 ins beds, suitable more for children. Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: Set in a slightly elevated position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds. Amenities: electric and electric heating by a £1 meter. There were a number of things that needed attention.
1. Hot water tap in kitchen dripped if not turned off hard. On arrival the bowl was overflowing.
2. Handle on front door loose with the 2 top screws coming out.
3. Disgusting black mould in shower tray and that doesn't happen overnight.
4. Single bed potentially dangerous. Sat on end and went straight through onto the floor. Very fortunate I wasn't injured.
On inspection one of the wooden supporting slats was missing and another one was on the floor under the bed.
5. Not a lot of information about facilities I.e. ironing board and iron etc.
6. Pretty poor reception on tv.

Nice quiet location on family friendly site
We stayed in chalet 151 which is located in a quiet corner of the park. The chalet was clean and cosy - a large radiator in the sitting room for cooler evenings, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom ensured towels were dry and warm!
The chalet had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would certainly recommend this chalet to other visitors.

We love Kings Chalet Park
Property was lovely bright and airy, we had a great holiday and would recommend this property and would definitely return again. However as the property was for four people we could have done with an extra two deck chairs, as there were only two at the property.
