"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately it was oy for one night as we were just using it as a stopover as we were getting in on a late flight. I think we will go back to Lucca for another visit as it was lovely - and if we do we will stay here again. Staff couldn't have been more helpful ..."
