"We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open...

"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. "Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "
