"The place was nice all redone and new. And parts were still under construction. But the only problem we encountered was the check in process. We could not find anyone when trying to get our room or code to get in. and email check in time and texted time were different times. Other then that all good "
"The Rockport House provided a special and comfortable place to stay that captures the spirit of historical Rockport. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rockport. "

"We had a great time at Moot Point. My goal was to get my daughters to catch some stripers and for my wife to read as many books as possible, both were accomplished. Fishing was slow but steady and the girls had a blast. Kayak access is easy just have to be 3-4 hours of the high tide. Denise was a fantastic host. We had a hot week and the back deck gets ALOT of sun. My only ridiculous complaint is we needed more forks and pot to steam lobster would have been good. Amazing sunsets and pleasant mornings."

"This was a nice clean little apt. located in a quiet older homes neighborhood. It has all the appliances. There are steps up to the property that elderly might want to consider but we were very pleased with our stay there."
"Great, beautiful property. Private, clean, nice, safe place. Great owners. Responsive and respectful of privacy. Conveniently located short drive to Gloucester center. Pet friendly and expansive private road to walk with pup.Linnea’s great! "
"Property was very comfortable and clean. Owners were very nice. Loved the outdoor area where I ate dinner each night and looked at the water and boats and people going by. A nice retreat."
"This home is exactly as described. Nestled in the quiet Great Neck section of Ipswich, it provided the perfect location to explore the Eastern Massachusetts coast and surrounding towns. Easily accessible to Boston as well as to the north to New Hampshire and Maine. The house itself is modest but generously stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. From the smart TV to comfortable beds, it was a pleasure to come back to after exploring the region. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you would need to prepare meals. I would definitely stay here again if my travels brought me to the area. "
Great Marsh House | Dog-friendly duplex in Essex with yard, deck & game room
10/10 Excellent
"SOOO Spacious!! Tons of open space - which we really enjoyed. SO many light switches. We did not find a book with instructions for the house. There were some lights that we were not able to turn off for some reason.
Firm beds; HEAVY comforters - need a few lighter blankets in closets as options.
GREAT kitchen to cook in! On the whole a well supplied kitchen. Not enough silverware though. Need more than 2 kitchen towels and 2 small hot polders; need a pair of scissors for the kitchen. I would recommend some serving spoons as well as.
Dining table held all of us comfortably (which is hard to find in rentals - great asseet!)
HUGE deck and back yard which was utilized by the young child.
We took walks into town and then found a few hiking areas to walk as well.
Overall, very pleased with our Thanksgiving weekend at this location. "
