The room smelled clean. The beds were comfortable. Beyond that for the price you get what you pay for. They do provide plenty of soap and shampoo. There was no bathmat so we used a hand towel. The remote for the tv only changed channels but not volume or power. There's a rooster behind the short side that crows all night. Lock the deadbolt or it's not locked. But for$90 we slept and showered...so no complaints.

The pool was broken! Staff was super nice!!! We were woken up by a turkey attacking the owner at 6 am!!!! It was pecking at all the doors!!! She chased it with a broom and he went after her!!!

New owners were taken over, so the place was kind of rundown. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly, but definitely definitely almost like the Bates Motel.

Hair dryer didn't work. Microwave had a plug issue. The ground was missing on the plug in. It was attached to a power bar. Which turned off whenever I tried to use the microwave. Stains on the box spring. At least the bedding seemed clean. The light just outside my window on the overhang stayed lit and bright. The white blinds did nothing to stop it from being bright in my room. The shower head was so hard water clogged, water barely came out. The price was the reason for my choice. Only.

The first room I was assigned to, I couldn’t unlock the door, the man at the desk had to open it for me, that room looked well kept, newly renovated and clean but I tried for a few minutes to unlock the door myself and couldn’t so requested another room. The next room, the door opened fine. However there were 3 large wet looking stains on the comforter. It skeeved me out, and I didn’t stay. When I went to return my key, he informed me I couldn’t get any portion refunded. Then said “so are you going to stay?” When I declined he told me not to waste my money….i just truly didn’t feel comfortable.

We booked this sight unseen at the last minute when we decided after dinner that we didn't want to drive all the way home. This property could be great due to it's location, but needs a complete overhaul. Paying over $100, off season, for a room that had rust spots on the sheets(at least, I hope it was rust), all sorts of huge stains and crusty spots on the carpet, no in-room coffee, the toilet rocked side to side, and had the tinyest shower I've ever seen, was too much. You had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. There was a missing board in the wall between the bathroom and the bed. That being said, it was relatively close to Salisbury beach on one side and Newburyport on the other. The gentleman who checked me in said that he had bought the business back in June and would be starting to update things soon. He was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked.

The only thing that I liked was the rate per night. The rooms are not very clean, the pool was out of service and closed by the town inspector. There was a yellow jacket nest in the ceiling by my door . I am very allergic to bees of any sort, I requested a room change and the owner did put me in a different room. The room itself wasn't filthy, just needed a bit more effort into washing the bathroom and the inside of the microwave was pretty gross. The proximity to the beach was great, and the 1 employee that takes care of everything tried his hardest to be accommodating.

This property requires maintenance. The TV worked, the internet didn’t. It doesn’t look like the pool has been open in a long time, so the main photo on the hotel page is misleading.

No heat! Summer unit that shouldnt have been available for purchase. 15 minutes before water warmed up. Electrical issues and Fire-hazards everywhere….Busted window blinds allowed no privacy; we had to hang a blanket over the window!!

this place is genuinely pretty busted. toilet in my room was barely stable, big gap in the top of the door leading directly outside, hand towels stuffed into holes in the walls, and generally pretty dirty. a woman was jiggling the handle trying to get into my room in the AM and then was very apologetic when i opened the door. they were doing construction on multiple rooms so maybe it will get better soon. it was a place to crash and had a nice sized mini fridge + microwave but thats about it

This was dusvusting. We went in looked and left prepaid through Expedia and both the hotel and Expedia refused to give our money back! I took a video! Stains on the bed ! Bugs ! May I continue! Gonna puke!enough said !

The pool was not operational and had not been when I booked the room. I contacted Expedia as the pool was the reason I booked this Motel ( for my Grandchildren). Expedia said they would contact the Motel to ask about a discount credit as my booking was non refundable.

There was a hole on bathroom door and mold in the entrance to the bathroom. The sheets had bloody fingerprints on them. Pool was closed. The staff was very unprofessional when we asked to checkout and get refund they refused said I would have to contact expedia. Don't book!
