"The elevator was not working in the early morning. I reported it to the front desk person and he kinda sarcastically asked me if I pushed the button…duh! I had a dog so I had to use the stairs which was a bit difficult as I have a serious back issue and my dog is partially blind. Oddly the elevator was mysteriously repaired at 7:00 am. Makes you wonder if they turn it off at night. My only other complaint is with this hotel and many others that they don’t supply a slip resistant bath mat and grab bars in the tub/shower. The tub was very slippery. The breakfast was satisfactory and the Indian restaurant was very good."

The beds are very comfortable, robes are provided, and breakfast was the best continental spread I have seen. Easy after hours check in. I wish we could have tried the sauna, restaurant and had a chance to enjoy the patio."
