"Bertrams is a lovely place to stay in Warkworth. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. "Great stay! Had 2 rooms for our party and both rooms were extremely clean and comfy, with lovely toiletries, kettle, teas & coffees etc. Very comfy beds. The reception area is lovely and modern too. Every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great. We had breakfast at the hotel 2 out of 3 mornings we were staying and both times it was great - something delicious for each of us. Lovely buffet selection, hot drinks station and juice stations and great options on the hot menu too (including gluten free options like gluten free toast, omlettes, eggs etc) . Absolutely fantastic location near station, a car park, lots of restaurants and shops) Will definitely stay here again! "
