"Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell fresh and had a weird smell to them. Towel had foundation makeup all over it. Room overall smelled old and musty. Sofa looked and smelled old. Weird sewage smell on the first floor towards exit to the village area. Staff was nice and accommodating."

"The studio was clean but dated. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom drained very slowly. We were on a ground floor studio and once the upstairs neighbours moved in we could hear the thumping of feet very loudly, also we could hear our next door neighbours dog barking within their studio, too."

"We stayed in a suite and a regular double occupancy room. Both were exceptionally clean. The two staff members at the front desk were friendly and competent and took care of all the details. The gym could be improved with some free weights. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. The underground parking seemed limited and there was a lot of dust due to the renovation."

"This was our family's first time visiting the Blue Mountain area. Firstly, this property is quite dated. Our room wasn't very clean. There was a hairpin left behind on the table, a piece of garbage under the bed, toothpaste stains on the mirror and counter top. The pool area and water smelled horrible but that has to do more with people doing things in the pool they shouldn't. Outside our room was also a disassembled playpen. For the price you pay, this hotel isn't worth it. What made the stay amazing and memorable for us was the front staff desk individual named Bruce. He was a delight to talk to and interact with. He allowed us to check in early, gave us a balcony roon, gave us wristbands for the coaster and canopy jump, gave us a restaurant coupon, gave us late checkout and even gave our kids a Blue Mountain plush when we checked out. He went above and beyond, it wasn't just about the extras but he went out of his way to converse with us and get to know our family and give us tips and information. He made the stay memorable and we would come to this resort because of him. Our family had a blast and it was 100% because of Bruce. Thank you!"

"We loved the setting.. the babbling brook was so relaxing to listen to. The fireplace was a welcome addition. Access to the trails were right outside our building. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We did find the sofa to be very uncomfortable but there were other seating options. There is very little soundproofing so if there are lots of people staying above you and they have children,.. be prepared for a lot of thumping noise. That was our only complaint. It is a great spot for a nice getaway."

"Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. Room was very clean. Parking is free which is great. Site is close to a lot of things. We would stay here again. This specific room is meant (and perfect) for a couple."

"Hot tub was packed full and far to walk to in a robe/bathing suit. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. There were not enough blankets. The stove did not work.. i had brought food to cook/bake in order to save some money but the oven did not heat up."

"Our stay was lovely. We had to cut our trip a day short due to the incoming snow storm but other than that it wasn’t bad.Only cons we had were the fact that the unit was quite dirty/broken. The main level bed was terrible to sleep on and the pillows were like bricks. The outlet beside the tv (on the left hand side when sitting on the couch) wasn’t finished which posed a rather large risk to my toddler and infant. Both bath tubs were broken, meaning the sides moved. One even had a giant hole in it from where it should’ve connected to the wall. Overall the place could use some major TLC but the host himself was lovely to deal with. "
