"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Surprised bins had no liners and towels were changed everyday. I would have been happy to use same towels for my three night stay. Could have done with sanitary bags in bathroom and some biscuits in the room. Kettle wasn’t working and housekeeping dealt with it straightaway! Room service was quick and efficient. Breakfast was nice but would have been nicer with hash browns! Reception staff were polite and helpful at all times. "
