“Exceptional Stay with Minor Drawbacks”
This hotel truly stands out as a gem in Cozumel. The facilities are stunning, from the beautiful restaurants to the inviting bars. The staff went above and beyond, consistently attentive to every need, which added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and noise from the corridor.
Despite this, it was a fantastic stay, and I would wholeheartedly...

Gorgeous little place that has everything you need plus a real sense of being in Mexico. This is all due to the hospitality, attentiveness & good cheer of Daniel. We spent 3 relaxed days here under the guidance of Daniel who was always spot on with his advice. The only disadvantage is the location which is a bit out of Centro & requires taxis to get around, but that was not an inconvenience & was easily managed.

We originally booked 2 nights here and ended up staying longer because we loved it so much. The staff are wonderful and the owner clearly puts a lot of time and love into this nice little hotel. Everything we could possibly need had already been thought of before we arrived. In our room were cold bottles of water in the mini fridge and a map where he had hand written the best places to eat, best dive shop etc. The room was lovely and the outdoor courtyard is a beautiful place to sit. (Remember to bring some proper footwear for the semi formal Italian restaurant. I had to buy some sandals from the shop across the road) Jumping off the jetty into the warm caribbean sea was a great start to the day. Coming from Australia we loved the mix of American, Canadian and Spanish banter during the daily pool volleyball...

The location is stunning. Not much sand on the north-west side of the island, but Playa Azul has a nice little beach. All rooms in the north wing have ocean views, and very nice views at that. The included buffet breakfast is wonderful. There is also a great steak & lobster place across the street.

Great hotel! Lovely rooftop with a great view, nice rooms all newly renovated, quiet location at night but also so convenient.
Front desk staff Francesca and Antonio helped me multiple times per day with great food recommendations, organised my scooter hire and gave local advice in general. 6 stars for the staff!
