First of all, the customer service was excellent! However, the business center was closed, there was on-going construction, the ATM was empty, my card was declined at the cafe, even though it worked elsewhere and today the day I checked out, the elevator was out of service. I was on the third floor. So, could have been better.

We had to leave early for the airport so we "missed" breakfast. I believe they had a computer/business center and fitness area. The shuttle guy taking us to the airport seemed nice.

The hotel is under renovation. I only stayed there for 4 hours because of my flight connections. The room was clean, but the carpet was very wet on one side (by the windows). The bathroom had 1 full bath towel and one small towel (very thin and didn't even look like it belonged). The lighting was tough. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the TV screen, so I just left it on. The front desk staff was great, and the shuttle driver was great.

The airport shuttle didn't arrive until 40 minutes after calling. Thew lobby cafe has limited offerings but the food they do have is very good and well prepared. Rooms are very basic but clean and a little larger than usual. Quick check in and check off.
