"We asked for extra blankets and a pillow and they never came. We called the front desk three times and they kept saying they were “on their way.” "

"They put us in a room under the exhaust fan for the hotel. Ran all night didn’t sleep. We did get a different room the next day, but that also was an ordeal.The drain in tub was clogged with nasty hair. Had to have maintenance come clean. The new room carpet was nasty. Breakfast was good. Not all staff members were friendly nor polite. I was not happy with my experience at this hotel. We do stay at the Embassy Suite’s and usually enjoy our stay. This one I will not go back to."

"This was a reading retreat for friends. Living room couch was very comfortable for reading on. Large windows let in light. Very comfortable for 2. When visiting, be aware that the driveway you turn into is 2713 instead of 2711 - that was a little difficult at the beginning but we got there in the dark. Great coffee shop around the corner. Beautiful views of the sky line within easy walking distance. If you want to add a hill to your exercise regime, the Incline Run is just around the corner and incline is an understatement!! Thanks for a great stay! "

"This property is definitely dated. Our room was clean, but there were stains on the walls and lamp shades. The wall paper border had been taken off, but nothing put up or painted in its place. The bathroom had several things that needed attention. The blow dryer had exposed wires. Neither the tub or sink had drain stoppers. The vent was half hanging out. The traffic was loud. The air conditioning did work great. Staff was average. Breakfast was average. Parking was sketchy. There were often homeless people in the lot. Across the street is a gas station and White Castle. It was convenient for snacks, but there were several homeless people who hang out there and are not afraid to come up to you and ask for food or money. "
