"A very comfortable stay in a spacious room. The pool and hot tub are great. We were traveling with two adults, two kids. The only disappointment was that the two beds were smaller than queen sized, so we were a little squished while sleeping. The location was very convenient near stores, close to the road to Mt Washington and Comox, and a reasonable walk to downtown Courtenay."

"The room was clean but had a heavy perfume smell and infested with ants. We booked this Inn for the hot tub that was listed only to find out there wasn’t a working hot tub since Covid. On top of that I was charged more than the amount I initially signed on for. Location was great and staff were friendly. "
