"Ac didn’t work but hotel is a good stay overall"

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms need to be renovated. The bar drinks are weak and the bartenders are a little unfriendly. The breakfast buffet or any options they had were impossible to get to because there’s so many people staying there on any given day. Then for some reason our room magically checked itself out and the only reason I knew was because they couldn’t find us in the system when we tried closing our bar tab. When we went to the front desk to check on this the employee working just said let me check with my manager then came back and said sorry it was just a glitch in the system and then proceeded to give us new keys. It would’ve been nice to be given an upgrade for their faulty system. This almost made us late to a broadway show we had tickets for. If you’re traveling on a budget then this hotel does the job but if you can spend more on lodging highly recommend it."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. I only stayed for one night and arrived/departed off-peak hours so they were very available and responsive at the front desk with no wait. The room itself was super basic. Fine enough for an affordable 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t have expected this to be a 4-star hotel … more like 3. The curtain in my room was partially falling down/off the tracks - though I could still use it. Felt like I definitely wanted to keep shoes on no matter what (floors skeeved me out a bit). The furniture was run down and could use better maintenance. The elevators were kinda gross. (Carpet floors, stinky from hotel rooftop guests etc)"

"We were surprised about the sharing of the bathrooms. Never done that before. But there was one bathroom that had a big window in the shower. Realized there were more bathrooms and that made it better. It was so close to everything downtown. It was small but we basically used it to shower and sleep. So I would book this place again for sure."
