"My room was accidentally assigned with 2 twin beds instead of my king/twin setup I booked. The manager of the restaurant, Owyn, gave us free entrees at the restaurant (North) and a free dessert since we were on an anniversary trip. He turned a bad situation into a great memory!"

This is a big hotel with an interesting history, beautiful grounds, a couple of restaurants, a big kids play area.
