"8 high school friends getting together for an annual March Madness trip, so we needed a house with amenities and beds for everyone. The house had everything we needed! We cooked, we swam, we played pickleball and basketball, we played billiards, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and watched a lot of great NCAA games on the 2 large tvs. There is even a walking path we went on each morning down the street that we went on!Communication was awesome! Brianna always answered any question we had in 5 mins. "The place was perfect to host our Bachloer party. Jessi was so easy to communicate with. The lot is huge with plenty of space and nice hot tubs. We were very happy with our stay. "

"This tiny home was very clean and organized. Everything was nicely laid out and comfortable. Has all the amenities to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The outside was gorgeous and just like it was pictured. Even though i did not swim it has a very nice pool with a lovely surrounding of different plants and trees. And Bella our host was great. Our flight was late and we different arrive till 3AM and I had to call her and she was so pleasant and welcoming. We met and talked a few times and she is very hospitable. She always was asking us if we had what we needed and wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend her place to any of my friends and will definitely stay there again on our next trip down."

"Excellent stay. We were in for four days for a funeral. EVERY member of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and updated. The only issue I could complain about was the AC. Old style room unit - for me it is an issue bc I am a light sleeper. This is not a hotel for vacationers, it is more of a business hotel."

"We paid extra to have to pool heated. Upon arrival, the pool was cold. Mark, the owner was prompt to communicate that the heater was broken and had a repair scheduled. Mark state he would discount the pool heat fee; however, I have not yet seen a credit. The water in the pool was clear however, lots of fine debris floating. The filter did not seem to capture it. the pool floor and walls were "rusty".The grill also was very dirty and rusty.Over all cleanliness of the house was very good and our stay was enjoyable"
