"A very nice place to stay clean, peaceful"

"Room was in disrepair - safe didn’t open, door to shower didn’t open easily, shower door leaked big time, fridge didn’t work. Whole place needs a paint job. But great location to all the restaurants and stores of Safety Harbor."

"The bathroom in the tub it had like a in the middle that you would stand, and it looked like you were gonna fall to the next floor downstairs and once you got out of the shower, the tile too it was very unsafe. I felt very scary thinking that something was gonna happen with while I was taking a shower. The property is in very bad condition. "
