    Check out Tampa Bay.... bring your own boat as the canal has direct access. Bring your boat or rent one. Dock can accommodate up to 3 boats. Explore the area on one of the 2 kayaks provided for your stay. Convenient location with all the amenities for the best vacation! The home has just been remodeled with your vacation in mind.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard is peaceful and the property is very clean. The house had plenty of room for our family and we especially enjoyed the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Great place, location and loved the pool and hot tub. Play room fun too! TV provided youtube access for NFL games which was a bonus! Shame the fire pit didn't work but everything else perfect.

This house makes you feel like you are home. Loved everything about it, and my grandkids absolutely loved the home and the pool. We brought our boat, and it was so easy to get out to the bay, and see dolphins and manatees. Tom was a pleasure to communicate with, and so helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be back.

Weekend Girls Trip

Communication was great and the property was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with friends. The host left out a s’mores kit that we enjoyed our last night. The host left a detailed binder that answered almost any question we could have about the house. The house is also walking distance to a grocery store if you are not renting a car while you stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to have a get together

Intro to tampa

The place was just as we expected. I was impressed at how clean it was. Could walk on floor with bare feet without out getting dirty feet. Many places advertise heated pool but when you get there it’s one temperature for all. This place allows you to select the temp you want. They also had the makings for S’mores over a table top gas fire pit. A nice touch since we like s’mores. Conveniently located to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants.

Relaxing Stay, Nice Location!

We had a relaxing stay - the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, right on one of the canals. Backyard is very pretty with the pool, decking, dock, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit. Note that the neighbor has signs up that excessive note can trigger an alarm and the police, and even has a camera that appears to be pointed away from the house. A little unsettling, but as long as you are respectful, we had no issues. The house was clean and just as expected. We loved the ping pong table. Note that the dishwasher didn't work for us - the host was very quick to communicate with us and get a repair person out.

Perfect Getaway

This property has everything you need. With the amenities and relaxation of the pool, hot tub, and fire pit, you don’t even need to go anywhere! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future. The place is clean and the owner, Tom, is extremely attentive and communication was great. I had a question about the pool and he came right over. Tom was respectful to us and made us feel at home. If I had to make any suggestion for improvement at all, it would be to add a full length mirror and paint the kitchen table. Otherwise I feel the owner has taken all considerations to provide everything that anyone could need. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of s’mores and snacks! It is truly a perfect getaway destination!

Christmas trip

Property was clean and well stocked. Putting up a Christmas tree was very appreciated! Location was as expected. Advertised as heated pool. I called 1 week ahead to make sure pool would be heated as promised and was told the heater was broken but would be fixed in about 7 days. The heater was never fixed for our stay so we were very disappointed at not be able to use the pool. No adjustment to the price of the rental was offered as of today.
