"The staff was nice. Themission of the historic building turns hotel, is to maintain a relaxing vibe, so no television, no refrigerator, no elevators. Climate control was efficient. A problem was with checking out and their confusion on how to handle a booking that is paid for through Hotels com. Supposedly, it is a new computer system and they'll fix it. "This is a beautiful home with a stunning view of the mountains from the patio where we had coffeeeach morning. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. Lots of linens. The furniture is comfortable with reclining sofa and loveseat. Lisa is a very considerate host with great communication. She was very concerned for our wellbeing when hurricane Isaias came through and made sure we knew what to do if things got bad (turned out fine). This is quite possibly the best VRBO we have stayed in."
