"Hallways were dirty, food and garbage scattered all over. Everything smelled of cigarettes or weed. Poorly made media center was tipping so the drawer would not close, my husband hit his shins on it on the way to the bathroom. Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "

"There was a drug deal going on in the parking lot when we got there, I only know this because the guy proceeded to ask if we wanted to buy some. There was at least 3 homeless people sleeping under the over hang as you walked up to the front door. We did not feel safe at all!! "
