"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. "Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."
