Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. Pas besoin de se préoccuper à prévoir le savon, papier hygiénique ou autres condiments de base, tout y est !Petit bémol, nous n’avions pas reçu le jour même les informations pour récupérer la clé, mais le contact immédiat et très réactif avec le propriétaire s’est fait sans attendre.Malgré la situation du logement le long des voies ferrées et à 2 pas de la gare, le double vitrage des fenêtres volets occultent complètement le bruit.Nous recommandons ce logement

Très propre à l'intérieur. Extérieur mitigé. Pas pratique pour stationner. Endroit calme malgré la circulation. Le plus c'est la climatisation dans l'appartement.
