"The accommodations in the old mill are fabulous! Updated rooms with antique furnishings. Heat and AirCon. Lovely sound of the weir. I requested a "river view room if possible" and got the best room on the premises! The grounds are well tended & include riverside dining, lawns, sun deck, hot tub, and a tiny sauna with a river view. Excellent for a getaway holiday. Having a car or a bicycle would increase the options for activities and dining. Tho the hotel chef is top notch and the food excellent. Breakfast was also good with many choices."

Very reasonably priced, easily accessible from the motorway, secure car park and friendly staff when we checked in at around midnight. Rooms were small but clean and had all we need. Breakfast was a small buffet but again, had all we need to get the day underway."
