Perfect Bungalow for a Cottonwood Visit

This charming house was the perfect place for my family with two small children. We wanted to be centrally located so we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and conveniently located in a neighborhood off of the Main Street.We highly recommend staying at this property.

Cute and great location

The cottage was very roomy with only 2 people. Shower was good, lots of porch space for hanging out. The bed nearest to the bathroom was very soft, not good for a bad back but would have been awesome in my younger years. Easy to get to Old town Main St, easy to get to Riverfront park. Would stay again!

Just as described! The Charming Cottonwood Cottage!

Sitting in a prime but quiet location in Old Town. Walking distance to shops, wine tasting rooms, a local brewery, and restaurants. The cottage is clean and owner supplied all that we needed for a great stay. Bonus… a great front porch and spacious rear deck. We highly recommend.

Perfect, cozy cottage

Property was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and the Town is just far enough away from Sedona that we didn’t have to deal with the heavy traffic. We enjoyed the porch each morning with our coffee and the grill and back porch for supper prep. All the amenities, cooking utensils, etc that you need. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Location, location, location.

This is our third stay at this great VRBO. Everything was perfect. The rental is close to the historic downtown of Cottonwood. The rental was spotless and is perfect for one or two couples. We have used VRBO extensively and this rental is one of the best. Communications with Scott were exceptional. Hint: have dinner at Merkin’s Vineyard Trattoria for a memorable evening.

Cottonwood Cottage

This cottage is perfect for a couple/s or group of friends. You can walk a couple blocks to Main St. & visit wine tasting rooms & many great restaurants too! It's a short drive to Jerome, wineries in Cornville, or Sedona! Kayak the Verde River in the Spring/summer or enjoy the Verde Canyon Railway! A perfect escape.

Cottonwood

The house was conveniently located for the hiking trails and points of interest we were interested in. The house was very clean and well-equipped except for laundry soap and lack of water glasses and mugs. The shower had a very intense shower head so the water was needle-like….ouch!
