"Great property, great location within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was amble and easy. Our room (Building S) was outdated, but comfortable. The loveseat was wornout and uncomfortable to watch tv. The side chair was much more comfortable. Room was clean and everything worked as it should, including the large refrigerator which would be super handy for larger groups and/or leftovers. If you like a dark room you might want to pack some blue tape to put over the light which is part of outlet in the bathroom sink area (it is super bright). Handy if you need light during the night, but too much for us - we just covered it. Would stay again due to location, but not if we need a place to meet friends/family in our room."

"Amazing hotel! Great location, great amenities, great staff. The only thing I would change is the breakfast service. It's not really a full breakfast selection. More like you choose a selection from a menu and they didn't have much to offer. "

"The location was wonderful. The property had beautiful gardens and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The views of Sedona were awesome, and it was close to a hiking trail as well. The food truck on the property provided delicious food and drink options and there was also a great restaurant within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again if we find ourselves back in Sedona."

"Room was clean. No actually amenities included. Nothing beyond what you’d receive with a standard hotel room. Couldn’t accommodate a one hour late check out due to “reaching late check out capacity”. I had to order towels 3x before they were actually delivered and I asked for trash removal and they never came. More concerned with upselling time shares and other items than making sure customers experiences are above average. "

"Great place but they don't tell you it's a time share until you get there and they do a hard core sales pitch. Just know this upfront and it will be ok."

"Comfortable bed in a unique historic hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous and the room was immaculate. Perfect location to walk to Merkin Vineyards, Queen B Vinyl Cafe and lots of other food and entertainment options. I for sure will be staying here again."

"This property was a very quiet pleasant day. The kitchenette came completely stocked. You will not be disappointed. And yes, the views in Sedona are to die for."
