Family Hotels & Resorts in Cote d'Argent from NZ$155

A beautiful luxurious well kept hotel overlooking the river. Very close walking distance to the old town and main bus and train station. The staff are amazing even phoning a taxi for us when we arrived at the station. The concierge gave us some very good recommendations for pintxos restaurants nearby.

My wife & I travel a lot, so have very high standards & expectations for places we stay. Atari Hotel was a great hotel in a perfect location with all the amenities you need when travelling. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean & (after 5+ weeks of travelling throughout Spain) had THE BEST shower I have ever experienced in a hotel. The only issue I could find throughout the stay was that the room doors had spring vlosing functions which made them slam shut (very loudly), which made for...

Perfectly located on the beach front and easy walking distance to Old Town. Recommended.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff, free water and croissants in the foyer. Importantly, especially for older folk, there is a lift.

Lovely spacious rooms overlooking a private lake teeming with wildlife. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent and the site, overlooking the lake, is a highlight. Breakfast was similarly good with simple choices but all fresh ingredients and typically excellent bread and croissants. The site, a kilometer from the airport, might make you worry about noise but being just to the side of the runway alignment means you are completely unaware of aircraft operations.

We loved Hotel Balea. Everything about it is fantastic, staff, location, food, view.

Super option in the centre of Biarritz. Easy to walk to shops and beach but also quiet. Tasteful decoration interior with attention to details. Excellent breakfast. Staff efficient and friendly.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded with our room as they weren't full. It was a tremendous experience and we would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were fabulous, there is nothing I can fault about our stay with the exception of the air conditioning. We could not quite get the room cool enough. We swam in the pool and the beach, lunched at the pool restaurant with its incredible view and had dinner in the hotel dining room. Both meals were very good.

Had a great experience at this hotel in the beach town of Hossegor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We arrived much earlier than expected and we were able to check into our room. Only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

We arrived weary & travel-spent from Australia , but were refreshed by the friendly , helpful, professional staff who greeted us by name. Our room was clean & comfortable , & the grounds were a delightful surprise , & a haven on hot days & nights. The lunch menu was varied , regional & had excellent wine options for matching. The standout for the entire time we had at this hotel was the level of friendliness of all staff at all times. We were genuinely reluctant to leave this wonderful haven in...
