"The rooms were spacious. Stuff was attentive. Food was on par with the price and met the expectations, with a good selection and sufficient variety with quality ingredients. Spa can be improved with a steam room. On the other hand, beach chairs can get packed and not very spacious compared to the number of residents. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, you get good signal but connection is bad. Gym setup was really weak. As a foreigner who depended on the wifi, I struggled."

"We go annually to the Rixos Bodrum because it’s a great all inclusive. The property is well maintained, the service is excellent and the food is abundant and delicious. Learned how to play padel while there, which was fun. We usually rent a boat from the beach side this time we rented a boat through the lobby kiosk It wasn’t as nice a boat also it was dangerous getting on and off the small tender that took us to the big boat. Other than that I would go back again."

"We had a wonderful stay at OKU Bodrum. The property has a calm, intimate atmosphere that feels like a retreat, and by the end we didn’t want to leave, we actually extended our stay. The setting, design, pool and sea views are beautiful, but the staff made the experience truly memorable. The team were exceptional: friendly and eager to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Meerva, who looked after us at the Round Bar and lounging area, deserves a special mention. She was warm and wonderful. Whenever there was a small issue, someone genuinely cared about resolving it, leaving us feeling very well looked after. The hotel feels peaceful and secluded without being overly formal, with lovely spaces to spend the day. Food and drinks were consistently fantastic. A few details could be refined. Breakfast service was occasionally inconsistent between tables, and at one Teyo dinner our meals arrived at different times. However, staff were gracious and went out of their way to address anything we raised. The waterfront is accessed from a jetty, not a traditional sandy beach. We enjoyed it, though the online imagery gave us a different impression. We stayed late in the season (12–21 September), when Kima, one of three restaurants, closed after 4pm—worth checking if the full restaurant choice matters. None of this overshadowed our stay. We felt relaxed, welcomed and genuinely cared for. We loved OKU, extended our stay because we weren’t ready to leave, and would happily return."

"Six Senses Kaplankaya is a beautiful resort in an incredible location, with amazing amenities. Everything is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are lovely, and the concierge staff are wonderful and incredibly attentive. The spa is huge and very relaxing, but the reception area and room corridors felt a little large and devoid of soul. Otherwise, the resort itself is fantastic — the multiple beaches are pristine and the scenery is stunning. Our main disappointment was the food and restaurant service. The prices are high for the standard, and the service was inconsistent. On four of our five dinners, something was forgotten — either part of our meal or, on one occasion, our order wasn’t taken at all. For a resort of this standard, that was quite surprising. The Japanese restaurant was the exception. The food and service were both excellent. Overall, a beautiful place with fantastic facilities, but the dining experience needs some improvement to match the standard of the resort."
