I had asked for an accessible room and was assigned initially a room about 1/4 mile from main hotel with over 20 steep steps! Not a good reception. They gave us another room on the ground floor but not very close to the facilities.

The food was always cold thats my only gripe. The buffet along the left hand side usually fish with wedges or rice was never warm. Pizza & salad 1stclass

The hotel is excellent..unfortunately the weather was not good and the shows in the evening were canceled because of the weather..i have stayed before and i have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service is excellent..on this trip i did notice that the quality of the food has gone down ..

Small hotel which was comfortable for a quiet get away. There was not many activities which one would expect with a resort. It is slightly outside of town but access is easy and reasonable taxi fares.The food was plentiful and average. Staff not very attentive, although peasant.Enjoyed our stay as we were looking for solitude after busy week in istanbul.
