"The Marriott in Costa Mesa was easy to find. Check in was fast. Parking was easy. It is located close to a really large mall with extravagant stores and many dining options. There was a nice seating area outside of the bar with a fireplace adjacent to the pool area."

"Nice quiet place"

"Very disappointed. We stayed for three nights. The first night we couldn’t sleep from very loud music and teens across from our room . They were yelling and slamming doors, no one from the hotel asked them to be quiet. The rest of the two days we asked twice for room service to come and take the garbage and get us new towels , no one showed up. We used the same towels for three days. I will never book at this hotel again."

"Do not stay here. I booked a night after a last minute conference meeting. The reviews and pictures are highly misleading. First, they're renovating the rooms, however, when I pulled up there was a group of about 6-8 construction workers chillen at the bottom of the stairs, grilling and hanging out which led up to my room. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable especially because I was alone and they were making comments and looks. I ran straight to my room, and immediately got a call from the front desk agent Sandra offering to walk me to my car because she understood that it was uncomfortable and that "sometimes they stay here overnight too". Anyways, I decided to stay and just go out and get dinner and hole up in the apartment. I came back from dinner, by this time it was dark out which made it even more sketchy and uncomfortable. Multiple men were staying in the rooms with their doors wide open laying on beds, and congregating outside other rooms. When I got back to my room to take a shower there was no hot water! I called the front desk to asl about their eater heater and ended up just going down to the front desk myself and by this point I was done and requested my money and deposit back because I was leaving. "

"This trip was for Darnell McDuffie. Not only was it a small room for the price he paid, there was no free WiFi. Staff was rude. Just an all out bad experience. Not to mention the tape on the plug. He called it a hyped up Motel 6."

"Heater & TV didn’t work. No one answers the front desk line for help. Stiff pulling shower knob probably not a good idea for room for folks needing easy access to hot water. Missed having a full length mirror in the room. Pillows were awful for the neck. Restaurant staff was very nice. Food is adequate. Liked their old menu options better. Handicap button on B1 didn’t work, but B2 worked fine. "
