Were so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We do have housekeeping policies in place of full service after every three days. This is a part of our "Wyndham green program" policy that helps protect our planet with a commitment to energy conservation and eco-friendly initiatives. However we are are happy to replenish your towels and coffee at any time during your stay with just a phone call to the front desk! As far as room placement accommodations, we are unable to guarantee exact room placement outside of what is guaranteed with booking such as bed size, arrangement etc. The best way to try and get rooms placed together or connecting is to call the day of your reservation and check availability.
