The Issue was resolved
The Property Manager did an Excellent Job on Resolving the Issue
Gave me a Free Dinner and a Free Night Stay
Love this Place , I will Definitely come back and I Recommend that this is the best Hotel in Costa Mesa
I had a reservation for one night. Next morning, I made a new reservation for one night again paying a diferent higher rate. I went to the front desk, talked about this and requested to stay in the same room; I checked in again, siigned, got new keys and made one more deposit.
When I came back around 4:00 pm. The room was not fixed, no clean towels, no coffee. I requested the service and they said since I was staying for a second night and I didn’t qualify for service.
I’m very dissapointed.

Hi
I am trying to get a Refund for my Stay I stepped on something in the room that fell off
Actually a Metal Tissue Holder that was loose ..Apparently I pulled a Tissue and it fell and I stepped on it
The Hotel said that they can’t do anything about it and to call you
I also have to go see a Doctor to open up a Claim
I really don’t want to go there
So I am hoping that you can get me Compensated

Clean, parking is accessible, easy check in . Friendly, helpful staff, cleaning crew was very kind, considerate and accommodating, the property was quiet and overall pleasant and relaxing , would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Strong chemical smell in both of our rooms. We couldnt get a connected room for our family even tho we reserved in advance.

Older property showing its age. It’s not the place for a romantic getaway, but it was clean and felt safe. It seemed like a good value and was centrally located for my needs.

Easy check in process. The room was clean but a little dated. Middle set of stairs isn’t operational so it can be a little inconvenient to get to your room.
Overall I was satisfied with the value and would stay there again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 4-5 times and will continue to book it. Great location, great price and always a great stay.. close enough to the beach and awesome restaurants and bars all around.

Stayed one night but in two different rooms. In the first room, neither the remote or the bathtub were working. Moved rooms- smaller than the first- and neither the remote or the charging adapters worked. Not a single one- by the bed or on the desk. Didn’t find this out until I tried to do my work the next morning and had no charge on my phone.
Ordered food and received the most anemic club sandwich - 1 single thin slice of processed turkey. Had asked for avocado on the side, it was nowhere to be found. Also, fries came with no ketchup. By the time that arrived, fries were cold.
Spoke with someone who said they would have the GM contact us. Weeks later, still waiting. We really should have complained until we got our money back. Had to leave the hotel early to find somewhere to plug in to do my work.
Thank goodness it was only one night. Will not stay at This chain again.

Not terrible for the price. Bathroom outdated and shower head was terrible. Free parking a bonus and location is close to everything. But when we checked in, 3 police cars showed up for some reason. Not sure what it wss about but a little unsettling.

I was so impressed by this property for the low price. I loved everything if there was one complaint it was the pillows were hard but if you bing your own pillow you will love this spot!!!

Great place by the beach at affordable pricing with apparently a great cheeseburger at the on premises restaurant.

Stayed in room 123 water faucet needs replaced shutting off water was tricky at best. Air/heating unit when running sound as if it was full of water. Cooling down room was flakey. Room light fixture look as if they had been thru a war. The facility needs up dating interiorly . Light out in the dinning room. Light bulb flashing. David at front desk was very polite and accommodating. Barbra in Sunset Grill was wonderful and very gracious. Enjoyed our time in Sunset Grill food was great and so was Pleasant and friendly.

Property and location are great. Check in staff was standoffish. The room smelled kind of weird but it wasn’t the worst. Comfortable clean bed. Walking distance to Tiki Bar.

Room not cleaned in a 4 day stay. Overflowing waste baskets. Had a cheap coffee maker but 1 packet of decaf. No regular coffee. The staff did respond pretty quickly to bringing coffee packets and more towels. But the no cleaning is a deal breaker. The bathroom door did not close properly. The toilet paper holders were worn out and did not allow the paper rolls to spin freely.

We couldn’t sleep the last two nights we stayed because the pipes in the walls were banging an clinking so loud it kept us up all night an the front desk didn’t seem to care or offer us a refund so we won’t be back. Maybe once but two nights in a row an we switched rooms an after two nights no sleep a falling on def ears we decided to take our business els-ware. Thanks

I came back to this property because I spent a long weekend here in January and loved it.
This time, however, I was awakened 5-6 times by other guests slamming doors and shouting all night long. I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel, but the room I was in this time had little to no sound proofing at all. I could hear the people above me walking and the neighboring room when they were talking.
Location was great. I’d recommend requesting a room closer to the office, though.
