Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut (Englisch), gute Erklärungen und Dokumentationen wie die Wohnung zu finden ist und wie man in die Garage gelangt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Highlight ist der Balkon!Die Negativ Punkte (subjektiv): die Stromversorgung ist nicht so super - beide Klimaanlagen aktiv - Sicherung fliegt raus. "A causa di qualche disguido l’agenzia non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. Inoltre, come indicato, viene richiesto un deposito di eur 150. La posizione dell’appartamento è fronte mare, molto bella!"

"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."
