"Centrally located opposite the bus station, but there was plenty of underground parking at the hotel too. My only criticism was the lack of soft lighting in the room - nothing was dimmable. If I'm being really picky a USB-C port at the desk would have been useful too! But it was a lovely hotel, the staff were great, and the room was spotless!"

"I often staff at this hotel. This time there was a festival and loud music in the square until 4am which was not ideal but the staff makes everything better. The last night was fabulous."

"The hotel was very loud. Could hear everyone walking up the stairs, closing their doors. Sheets had foot/boot imprints on them. There was only 1 pillow for 2 people. Air conditioning also did not work, was quite warm."

"Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything very quickly. They did offer to give us a different room which we declined since we had already unpacked and settled in. The additional towels helped us come up w a solution to deal w the bathroom situation so we didn't want to waste time moving. We also discovered that our coffee maker would not work during the stay and they did bring us another. Overall, even w those inconveniences the staff was very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for us while we visited our daughter. "
