Apartment in perfect condition, fully furnished, in a perfect location, beachfront, sea and mountain for his situation, fully equipped kitchen. Opposite the apartment, lawn and beach. Very close to the spa and shops, but the necessary distance to be calmer. Supermarkets and restaurants around. It is fully furnished, kitchen, air conditioning, TDT, parking for one car covered garage. Magnificent for his height with incredible views, 11th floor. Small playground inside
Magnificent pool and children's pool. Shirts Real sleeps 6 (+ sofa bed), 3 bedrooms, (not 2 as advertised most advertised) and the price of 2 bedrooms! Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2026.

Fantastic place, quiet, beautiful, and cheap

Our days there was wonderful, the apartment is very well located, in perfect condition, in a very calm place but very close to the shops and to the "Marina D´Or Balneario" The beach is fantastic. Everything was perfect, and very cheap.

Hola queria comentar que Javier fue muy amable y cordial por telefono y las descripciones del apartamento son verdad en cuanto a la ubicacion e instalaciones del edificio se esta muy centrico y cerquisimo de todo.Y la playa tal como se ve es fantastica,pero la cruz esta en el mobiliario del piso,el colchon de matrimonio es una pesadilla a la 2ª noche tuvimos que irnos al sofa cama que al moverlo nos dimos cuenta de que hacia meses que no lo habian limpiado,hasta juguetes de los anteriores inquilinos,la cama de mi hija mayor tenia muelles rotos y los utensilios de cocina los tuve que fregar a conciencia y una manita de pintura tampoco le vendria nada mal.Javier supongo tal como vi el piso que no es tuyo particular sino mas bien debes de ser el administrador de fincas .Adios y gracias
