Beautiful views. Loved our private patio. Great nightly entertainment. Breakfast was good and a wide enough variety of foods. Friendly staff. Lovely pools. Great fitness classes. Hotel seemed under-staffed. Floor in our room was really dirty. If we called for service it was quite slow. Beds and pillows were really hard! Great location and setting but not a 5 star.

Hotel needs to cater more for families no entertainment at all only small kids club which doesn’t really have much to do mainly arts and craft.

This hotel is not 5*. At best a low 4*. It is ‘average’. The location and pool are the only redeeming features. Other than that I was surprised by the ‘customer service’, or lack of. Examples of this include the whirlwind clean of our room. A quick wipe around, but no mop of the floor which was dirty with hairs all over it, and a few clean but threadbare towels (including holes). Staff in the pool restaurant thought it was acceptable to slap our bill down on the table in front of us. Staff in reception thought it was fine to take calls whilst checking us in and then chatting with other staff as if we weren’t there. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel - it was as if everything was an inconvenience.

Fab views like.
Level balcony shared with four other couples and overlooked by evening entertainment and the outside dining area so noisy and people overlooked you when relaxing
