"The B&B Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, right on Piazza Garibaldi, with easy access to the metro and train station—a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. One drawback during our summer stay was the air conditioning, which could not be adjusted enough to keep the room comfortable in the high temperatures. This made the room feel too warm at times."

"The hotel is in a great location, which made it very convenient for exploring Naples. The shared kitchen was also a nice feature and a useful space to have. However, we were surprised by the lack of basic amenities. There was no hand soap available anywhere, including in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. We would have appreciated having a few more essentials provided during our stay. Overall, the location and shared kitchen are definite positives, but adding more basic amenities — especially something as simple as hand soap — would make the experience much better."

"We booked this hotel very last minute and we were very happy with this find. The room was super clean, everything is modern, the AC worked perfectly and is very well located. You can walk to many to many places and the metro is right across the street. The staff was amazing, they were super helpful with helping us when we needed to go to the airport. Breakfast was great. We will go back and we highly recommend staying at Naples Plaza Duomo."
