"It is an amazing place - beautiful - our suite (queen’s suite) was incredible. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The food is incredible- highly recommend their amazing dinner service. This our second time staying there and we will come back next year."

"First of all the desk staff were obliviously disrespectful to my 86 year old mother, leaving her to drag her luggage up a flight of stairs! No offer to help her! They were flippant! Rude! When we had a problem with the reservation there was no empty! Just rude and disrespectful, when they should be apologetic and helpful. The room had no tissues, no facecloths, no pen or paper, no bible, no microwave and no refrigerator! I have insulin that needs refrigerating! There was a light shining directly into our bedroom window all night long that was very disturbing also a light was shining under our door going off and on all night long! The dinner was way too expensive and made me sick! I had diarrhea all night long! The breakfast eggs were Cold practically inedible and the staff were rude to us practically accusing us of stealing! There was only one coffee in the room! When I asked for ice I was told to go to the bar to get it. Then the bar tender made a stink about me getting some! Said he didn’t have much! Because of the reservation mix up we did not get our room cleaned! The hallway was damp and musty smell very bad. Now, the only positive was our server named Chloe! She was GREAT and put all the other staff to shame! You really need to retrain your team! "

"We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful. The view was absolutely exquisite. The staff were totally helpful, accommodating, and very polite. The place was clean and lovely. The bed were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was a little off, was that the blind in the bathroom was broken, so we had to manually roll it up if we wanted it open. It was no big deal since everything else was so lovely. "

"Wasn’t really sure what to expect due to the renovation work currently in progress but actually it didn’t make any difference. The view from our room would have been the same, the back of an old BT building. The room wasn’t a hotel suite but more a mini apartment in a block at the back of the hotel, it looked like the photos but once you were in the room the finishing off wasn’t great. Carpet trims loose, safe on the floor so you had to be on your hands & knees to use it. Shower tray was shallow so looked nice but drained really slowly. On arrival the room was cold and didn’t really warm up until the 2nd day. Nice to have a sink & fridge but the sink has no drainer so awkward to wash up. No table mats or coasters and the tables are wooden, there were already ring marks on the tables. My eyes have been itchy all weekend, guessing it’s most likely there had been a dog in the room as now we have left my eyes are fine. We never went into the hotel except for checking in. Unlikely we would book again."

"I’ve stayed here many times and each time I’m greeted with wonderful, thoughtful staff. The hotel has only a few things (like the hallway) that are a tad dated, but the rooms are gorgeous. The pool and sauna are lovely, and the restaurant is incredible. This is a must stay!!"

"Room was a good size and clean. Short walk to Main Street with shops and restaurants. Dio was an friendly and courteous host. "

"The Inn is in a great location - directly opposite as you get off the ferry, amazing views, and we enjoyed a long walk around Ardgour directly from the Inn. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time there."
