This unit is located on the 1st floor and will sleep 4. The kitchen is larger than most units of this size and features a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking essentials you'll need to cook a delicious meal for your friends and family!

In this lovely condo you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4, and cable service in the living room. Wifi is provided.

In the bedroom you will find two queen beds and a flat screen tv with streaming services. The bathroom has plenty of storage space, as well as a bath and shower combo.

This condo also features a private patio with views of the dunes and small glimpses of the Gulf, as well as access to a community bbq pit.

A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Overflow and boat parking available on a first come, first served basis.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
