This 2,200 square foot, three-story home features three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, a fireplace, a well-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a rooftop deck.
The interior décor is fresh, simple, and new. Outside, enjoy the spacious rooftop deck with stunning views of San Diego Bay and the city skyline; challenge your friends to a game of corn-hole on the deck while your burgers are cooking on the BBQ, or enjoy a cocktail while you lounge in the sun.
The main attraction is the home’s fantastic location across the street from Centennial Park and a one block walk to the Ferry Landing and bayside shops. Jump on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride across the bay to take in downtown San Diego, the USS Midway Museum, Little Italy and Gaslamp District.
Or walk around the corner to enjoy favorite local restaurants including Coronado Brewing Company, Saiko Sushi, and the French café, Tartine. If you want to prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests, you can pick up all of the ingredients right across the street at Boney’s Bayside Market, located less than one block away.

Excellent rental
The house was amazing. The host, Brad, responded immediately when we did have one question. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was well stocked including beach towels, towels and extra bedding, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. They had bikes and items for the beach. The garage was spacious. It was beautiful and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This house is a reverse floor plan such that open living room - dining room - kitchen has high ceiling which makes it seem especially spacious. The house was very well stocked with towels (beach and bath) and paper products. App for getting in and out worked great (albeit a bit annoying to have to download).

Best home away from home in Coronado
Great indoor and outdoor(rooftop patio) dining and entertaining areas! Kitchen and bathrooms all new and beautiful with modern touches…and lots of space for more than 7 people. Close to trail for biking and walking along the bay, with shopping, restaurants and grocery store!
