Very lovely home near SD Bay side of the island. Llocated and just a short walk or bike ride to beaches, golf course, tennis courts, yacht club, marina, community center, Hotel Del, and much more. The home features 3 bedrooms 3 en suite baths. It is fully furnished with hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. There is a Master Bedroom on the first level with an adjoining bathroom. The private backyard features a pergola with a chandelier, surround lights, a dining table with seating for 6 people, and a BBQ. Also included is central AC/heat, Smart TV Wifi, etc.
